Valentine's Day is right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to whip up a festive hot drink to sip while we cuddle up on the couch watching romantic comedies all month long!
This delightful little cup of cheer is the perfect balance between white chocolate and a hint of strawberry flavor. I mean come on, how fun is PINK Hot Chocolate?!
Strawberry White Chocolate Hot Cocoa Recipe
(*single serving)
- I N G R E D I E N T S -
1 cup milk
1/4 cup high quality white chocolate chips; we prefer Ghirardelli
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp. strawberry Nesquik
Optional: Marshmallows, Whip Cream, and/or Sprinkles to decorate & top
- I N S T R U C T I O N S -
In a medium saucepan, combine milk, white chocolate chips, and vanilla. Whisk continuously over medium-low heat, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth (do not boil). Add in strawberry Nesquik and continue to stir till well combined. Serve immediately. Top with marshmallows, whip cream, and/or sprinkles!
